  • Provide a quarterly report to my investment advisory account clients
  • Affirmatively state when a change is needed (or not) on an account
  • Return all phone calls within 24 hours
  • Help my clients understand how to read their statements
  • Always explain things in easy to understand terms
  • Quickly admit and correct any errors
  • Clearly disclose any commissions or fees
  • Remain current in the field so I can continually provide better advice
  • Be creative and innovative in the services I provide
  • I only work with Retirees, those about to retire, business owners and high net worth investors.
  • I am very independent - free to recommend any product or investment.
  • I strive to do what is "right" for each individual's financial situation.
  • I speak in plain English and take time to fully explain everything.
  • I do not try to fix what isn't broken.
  • I prepare individual, personalized plans for each retiree
  • I help Retirees balance the need for safety, income and growth.
  • I fully disclose all fees and exactly how I am paid.
  • I analyze and report on Investment Advisory Accounts on a quarterly basis.
